The AJC's Chip Towers hit the nail on the head with his recent piece concerning CMR and his stance on social media. As a journalist myself, I applaud his position on the matter and absolutely understand where he is coming from. Also, kudos to CMR on this one. Towers summed it up best with the following statement:

As a follower, I often see and read things of which I’m certain Richt and his staff might not approve (foul language mostly). But it’s not my job to police these kids and, as a journalist, you’ll find no bigger believer in freedom of speech than me. So rarely, if ever, have I reported anything I’ve seen there.
